Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of vc-flow, a platform for tracking and managing early-stage crypto investments. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use vc-flow. You may not use the service if prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

3. Registration and account

You must register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

vc-flow may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Free and paid plans

• Free users may track up to 2 projects.
• Paid users can track unlimited projects.
• Payments are processed via Paddle.
• Prices may change; we will notify you in advance.
• All purchases are non-refundable, unless required by law.
• When a user downgrades to the free plan, only the first 2 added projects remain visible. Other projects can be restored by upgrading again to a paid plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with system integrity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform

6. Platform availability

We aim to provide continuous access, but the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

7. Liability disclaimer

vc-flow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of data or financial outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may also terminate accounts for misuse or legal violations.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of The Netherlands.
